Money Value (Reality)

Anoop, this person is working in a good Software Company near his hometown (nearly 45km.- 1 1/2 hour journey one side). He was a good person with over commitment, hardworking, good personality, highly qualified - other goodness will see you in this story.He want Rs. 19 one side Bus fair-Train is not interested because time is not conformative. He was started his working life everyday morning 7.45 and end normally 9 pm. When his first time in this job, he taking food from hotels (min. Rs. 23 perday) as his marketing executive post with TA,DA allowances. After a few months he appointed as a software incharge in office- old salary, all other allowances cancelled + PF cutting Started, then start the joke. The owner of the company think Anoop will not ask any more salary so, he will take his silent nature to him also. (Management have special feature that they will give money when any person need money, also they will give work if any person want work, But they will not give both of them to anybody). He taken the work (like Hanuman taken hill) and now it partialy going on. This company workers will not take any new job even if his head will brocken (god bless management also the same way so, they will not take a new person-or if came he will escape with in an hour). So, every part of this software passing through his body. Anoop Perfectly doing 3modules (instant of 5) full work in this software without assistance of others. After he take charge to office work, bus charge increased, food charge increased, increased every thing affected to human being. Between this, his sister marriage with a high level party in a good 'dovery'. For this his father told to him that give 3lakhs to help him. Anoop wondered about this big responsibility, last his father taken loan with him @13% rate. In marriage arrangement time Anoop house faced next big tragedy, that his father affected Cancer at its last stage. Every happy mode loss, greater than that he started to treat his father in medical college. Dept. head of Cancer unit treat him well but the longability of this is soo far to affect medicine in this. Marriage expense + Treatment Exp. is not balanced his total income. Marriage is over in correct time. Treatment continued 2months. One day evening god call him return.
Anoop fell down with responsibility and financial weight. He trobled to think family, dubt, office etc. God blessed to start life in a new way. Mother alone in house, so anoop wife break his pvt. company job. Anoop colapased to adjust mothly expense. Loan+interest monthly 7500+all other bills Rs. 1500+Gas, other needs of life Rs.2000+his Travelling exp. 1500 ( he will get Rs.7000 for his great service to his company+Mother Family pension Rs. 3250). Balancing of family, life is collapsed. But, everything know management give him more responsibiliy in office for free of cost. Now he was the in-charge of software (it's full work at office) website, net and all other IT based work. One thing is added to his mind that management increased all other employees salary in a decent level by department wise in a short time. Now anoop was the system administrator. His tragedy going to express speed. Last 3months he adjusted the above balance in his oldbalance in bank. Now his hand is empty, poket is empty, bank a/c. is empty, but expenses incresed day by day, at this short period he faced a begger life in 3 time. Last month his family members (to his wife, mother) affected viral fever-it's treatment not end now also and last week one big tree felldown to top of his house (somebody cleaned it from there at Rs.1800). Now his life started and going to big dubt also big joke . . . . . . .
